Project Introduction: The Yingliangbao Hydropower Station is located in Luding County, Sichuan Province, and is the 13th cascade of the 22 planned cascade hydropower stations on the main stream of the Dadu River hydropower base. It is upstream of the Luding Hydropower Station and downstream of the Dagangshan Hydropower Station. The Yingliangbao Hydropower Station adopts a diversion-type development with a maximum gate height of 38 meters and a diversion tunnel approximately 15 kilometers long. The excavation of the diversion tunnel is challenging, with significant water inrush and poor surrounding rock structure.
